The eurogard eTWEAK-Router is used as an independent energy data measuring, evaluating, reporting and messaging device. Continuous data acquisition provides the basis for your ISO 50.001 standard energy management system, offering additional possibilities for optimisation based on logged energy data.

The counters of each energy meter (eg electricity, gas, heating, cooling, compressed air, steam) are read out in 15 minute cycles and are stored in the unit’s SQL database. Additional analog measured quantities such as electricity, load profile, temperature or units produced may be captured and stored with minimum, maximum and average values per chosen quarter-hour interval. Data is stored in the device through mirrored SSD disks and, where necessary, externally on SQL servers.

Detailed evaluations by location, group, measuring point, energy type and time period take place directly in the Internet browser with no additional software requirements. Based on the chosen filter matrix, individual or several measuring points can easily be compared, or consumption of different time periods can be examined.

The integrated VPN server / client system, based on our proven remote maintenance technology, ensures trouble-free networking and secure access to data and the user interface worldwide. This eliminates additional IT costs when integrating devices into your network infrastructure.

Small-scale and fast analysis is also possible via mobile devices thanks to the HTML5 graphics interface. Based on current data, customer-specific reports are generated and transmitted as pdf files, providing a quick overview of your energy consumption and its distribution. The integrated message system generates alarms based on individually defined limit values and informs the recipient of a message group directly via email or text.
